Procedures for Remittance
Personal Donation Scheme

The Personal Donation Scheme is one of the standing pillars of The World Change Initiative: Zodiac Foundation Inc. and thus it is important every nominated beneficiary understands the process and procedures which is universally correct for all beneficiaries of all location.

First, We have observers who we mandate with the task of notifying "Nominated" beneficiaries of their donation, this can be done via email, phone e.t.c., Once beneficiaries have been notified, they will be required to contact The World Change Initiative: Zodiac Foundation Inc. after which a welcome email will be sent to them indicating the amount offered and beneficiary will be required to provide certain information. All information are required online and all procedures are completed online. A link to our validation form where nominated beneficiary will be required to complete certain information which will be used by the Legal team to prepare an Authorization Letter after verification is made.

The World Change Initiative: Zodiac Foundation Inc. has two major banking partners which is the NIBC Bank (Netherlands) and the Natwest Bank (United Kingdom) that handles all of its financial transactions. Approved beneficiaries "may" be required to open up a temporary account facility with any of the chosen banks above to aid the completion of the remittance. The requirement for setting up the required account for remittance is to be handled by the approved beneficiary, this involves basic banking procedures of completing an application form and provision of a deposit as required to activate such new accounts to be able to receive such amount as donated. We can understand this procedure may seem somewhat frightening to some beneficiaries who have not had to open such account, but be aware, that it is a basic procedure and we allowed such procedure to also serve as a "vetting" mechanism to ensure only responsible beneficiaries actually get remitted to.

The Personal donation scheme which can be termed Charity is not actually given to the Less privileged, but tto financially capable individuals who are responsible enough to meet the demands and get the funds and from there embark in laudable projects in their locality to change lives. Approved beneficiaries actually serve as middle men between The World Change Initiative: Zodiac Foundation Inc. and the people who actually needs the funds. We do not determine or dictate to approved beneficiaries which projects to embark on, but welcome any venture that seeks to not only improve the lives of people in their community but also their own lives. We usually advise beneficiaries to use 40% of the donated amount for community projects while the 60% can be used to solve their own personal projects.

We are well aware of impostors who may infiltrate the Foundation, as there are no valid means to curb this, all "Approved" beneficiaries are required to check the VERIFY section of our website to confirm their status using the approved contact email address before proceeding with any instruction. We on advise will not provide a phone number on our website to prevent abuse of the official line, but welcome everyone to make use of the LIVE CHAT service on the bottom right corner of the homepage to talk with a representative. We will place a call to beneficiary when we feel it is neccesary to do so. Beneficiaries can also contact us using the CONTACT US section of our website.
